We are a team of experienced lighting professionals passionate about making light. Our ideas become reality through extensive research, thoughtful design, and meticulous craftsmanship.
Our lights cater to design professionals and individuals seeking both form and function. Designed to meet North American electrical standards and inspired by modern building requirements, our lighting embodies function and emotion. Our lights are manufactured in our Montreal studio, where we favour recycled and recyclable materials. They are designed to be repaired, refurbished or easily recycled.
Approach
Design
Every product begins with a purpose. We start by understanding the role the object must play within architecture. Function, proportion, restraint, and clarity guide the first sketches. Form is never an end in itself, it emerges from use, context, and light quality.
Development
Ideas are tested through making. We prototype early and repeatedly, refining proportions, optics, and details by hand and in space. We adjust, simplify, and rebuild until the object feels right — visually, physically, and intuitively. Only what proves itself in reality survives.
Validation
Before a product is released, it is resolved. We verify performance, durability, and repeatability, ensuring each luminaire can be produced, installed, and serviced with the same care with which it was designed. What remains is not a concept, but a precise and reliable tool for architecture.
